Hi! It’s always fun to connect with people who share my religious background, regardless of where you are with it, be that in the church, out of the church, or not actually sure where you are with the church. As someone who was raised LDS and spent several decades in the tradition, I am quite familiar with the doctrine and culture, as well as some of the particular challenges it can pose. I ended up leaving to convert to the Episcopal faith, which was clearly the right path for me. However, I would not presume to know what the right path for anyone else might be. I am not here to argue anyone in or out of belief, and I do not have any expectation that people I work with will come to any particular conclusions about the church. My interest is simply in how you are hearing God, and how you might deepen that connection, which looks different for each person. I very much enjoy working with those who come from the LDS tradition, which is after all my native religious language. So whatever is that you are looking for right now in your spiritual life, I hope to offer a space for you to explore that.
